To access these free wysiwyg products, you must register using a valid email address. After running the installer, the wysiwyg Demo and wysiwyg Viewer are installed on your computer, and shortcuts are added on your desktop.
To test wysiwyg’s features, run the wysiwyg Demo software. If you wish to try out some of design and paperwork features, select Design Demo, but if instead you would like to connect the wysiwyg Demo to a lighting console to run some cues, select the Console Demo option.
To view a wysiwyg file sent to you by a colleague or customer, run the wysiwyg Viewer.
DEMO LIMITATIONS
- You cannot save, print or export your file from wysiwyg to another format.
- The previsualization screen is watermarked.
- Once a license has been purchased, a new installer must be downloaded and used to install the licensed version.
CONSOLE CONNECTIVITY
You can connect wysiwyg Demo to a console for demo purposes as long as you use any of the sample files that comes with the wysiwyg Demo these files are available in the Sample folder under the “/Program Files/CAST Software/wysiwyg” directory.

NOTE: wysiwyg may run on Intel-based Mac systems, after installing Microsoft Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, via either BootCamp or Parallels. Please click here for additional and important information.
IMPORTANT: wysiwyg cannot run on ARM-based (“M1”) Mac systems at this time, as a result of dongle drivers not being available from our dongle manufacturer.
